Jan is peak booking season when conversions should be better than norm.
6296 clicks targeted .. not a single sale.
Merchant cannot offer excuse on this one anymore.

I just don t think it was ever dealt with properly by network or merchant, we had discussions soon after program launched. It's just kind of slid by.

As you know guys this is a white label style solution and never really got off the ground. Travelcare remain interested in looking into a more mainstream program using normal tracking and such like and I think there is a meeting planned for a review and actions soon but for now your traffic would be better sent elsewhere as conversions are sporadic at best even with the best traffic out there.

They should renumerate for traffic sent, as historically there is obviously a problem which was sorted & recommend taht perhaps program should be suspended until they do.

I just went to check the program details and see that most of the traffic your talking about was sent this year in Jan. The program doesnt have real time reporting its batched so the picture although I doubt it on past experience may not be as bad as you think . Although no one out of the 8 affiliates on the program experienced a good conversion rate or epc at anytime the ones who sent really good traffic did see sales - just not as many as anyone would have thought they would have.
I have popped an email off to Travelcare to ascertain if any of your traffic has converted for you.

Just to update I have spoken with Travelcare and they are going to look into it for me today.
Really as you say it should have been suspended before Jan as everyone had given it up as a bad job - it just didnt work out the way it should have done and a re vamped online booking style program is on the cards now so it could turn out to be a great program in the future.
Apols for the wait but its moving now and shouldnt be too long before we can get you some renumration based on that Jan traffic.
