blahdvd voucher landing page changed

Hi

I was just checking my links and notice the £5 voucher page is now going to a registration page, which does not mention the voucher.

When did they change the link, might explain why my sales are down

Like most merchants in our experience, BlahDVD change their links without informing their partners. They changed their link structure a few months back causing all our deeplinks to stop working. Because of the way they keep changing things around without informing us we stopped promoting them and now send our traffic to a retailer which pays us a generous amount for every click we send them.

... and wahey, I didn't realise I was over 1,500 posts (1,000 of 'em no doubt asking why merchants treat affiliates like we don't matter

Not impressed at all!

I've just checked all the voucher links on their AF and Webgains programs and they all end up at that registration screen with no mention of a voucher.

I agree with Nadeeem, and I'm dumping them - there are plenty of equally good DVD merchants offering vouchers.

thanks for replying I have contacted aw to see whats going on.
If they don't get the voucher back ill be send my traffic else were.

I just wanted to clarify that Blahdvd's £5 voucher banner has not changed without affiliates being notified, it has always gone to a registration page in the first instance. However the merchant understands your dissastifaction and is currently adding copy to the registration page to explain that it must be completed in order to redeem the voucher.

The modifications to the Voucher pages have now been made and should be made live with the next update in the morning.
