Hi,

I have a number of queries regarding Toffs.com

1. Is it possible for Toffs to remove the phone number from the site when accessed via affiliate traffic to prevent it appearing on EVERY PAGE at the top. Alterantively could it not be posted on a seperate contact us page??? This leaks our sales.

2. Is affiliate traffic still tracked on cookies from both the Toffs.com and Toffs.co.uk domain name ???

3. Could we please have some 120x60 button banners uploaded to the affiliate window interface for Toffs.

Hi Mike

Thanks for your query.

1) The affiliate traffic is tracked on cookies for both toffs.com and toffs.co.uk. So you will still receive commission when a customer logs through .co.uk.

2) 120x60 button banners uploaded - of course I can do this just let me know what you would like included in these and I will have them designed for you straight away.

3) The phone number on the web site is something we need for all customer service enquires - as our products are made to order. Phone sales account for around 5% of all of our mail-order sales, so I don't think it affects affiliate sales too much.
