My colleague Paul Wedderburn has just sent you an email on this.
Please call me if there are any issues.
I received an email earlier this morning from BuyAT asking me to confirm my details for BACS payment. I then received another one saying it contained the incorrect link, and this version had the correct link in it.
Strange thing is, I did all this last month, including faxing confirmation and actually received last months payment successfuly by BACS.
I have asked them to look into it, but wondered if anyone else had been asked to confirm/fax their details again this month or if its just me?

I can't understand why you have to send a hardcopy. None of the other networks ask for this.
Are Buy.at still sending cheques out?
I just prefare this.
MarkCo,
If you dont want to receive money via BACS then simply ignore the invite and you will be sent out your payments by cheque as per normal.
Have a nice evening.
Thanks for that Paul. I have received and replied to the email.
As for those who question the hardcopy thing, they are NOT the only network who ask for this, there are others. I guess it just eliminates the one instance if it going Pete Tong. I would rather confirm by hardcopy and be sure they have the correct details and my payment is made on time in all honesty.![]()
Sorry, I take it back. I should have said none of the networks I'm involved with. That's Tradedoubler, Commission Junction, DGM, OMG, Affiliate Window, Affiliate Future, Webgains, Silvertap, & Smart Quotes (not 100% sure about SQ it was so long ago).As for those who question the hardcopy thing, they are NOT the only network who ask for this
I completed the form online no problem and was then asked to send a hardcopy - is this a joke? What is the point? Sign up to get electronic payment by sending a paper copy!
