I'm delighted to say after a few months of hard slog, we've finally got the Play.com product feed up and running.

We'll be following up on this shortly - so watch out for further developments.

Featuring nearly 87,000 products the feed covers DVDs, CDs and gaming accessories as well as other electrical goods.

The programme continues to perform well on the network with a click to sale conversion rate approaching 7% and an average order value of £38.70.

Is it just me or are all Play.com's images not working in the datafeed? They are all: http://images.productserve.com/nothumb.gif ?

Is this something I have missed on the forum, or is it a new thing?

We have looked into this and have re mapped and parsed the datafeed.

Due to the volume of products within the feed, this process will take the majority of today, but should be back up and running by tommorrow.

Just a quick reminder for subscribers to Play.com using Convert A Feed's Datafeed Manager, please go to Get Feeds and click Map Datafeed, rather than the usual Update. After checking your fields, everything should then display correctly.
