anyone else seeing their NEXT sales disappearing - quite a few from yesterday seem to have been deleted and same again today - though they're not appearing in the declined column - and no explanation - as yet - from Affiliate Window![]()

Hi Elaine,
Thanks for the post - I've literally just sent an email through the AWin system to be sent to everyone on the account.
The IP filtering issue raised its ugly head again unfortunately. AWin had put a filter in place so that the duplicates would not come through to the tracking system - which solved the problem. However, the system fell over sometime yesterday which allowed the duplicates back through the system.
As a result - the conversion rate on the account jumped from around 9% up to somewhere over 20% for 8th and 9th of March (which obviously set the alarm bells off!)
The problem with the filters has been resolved (and the AWin team have reinforced the programming so that the issue should not occur again) - we should be back to normal again.

Thank god for that, I have spoken to them on the phone about this. nearly £200 missing, sales now coming through again
