DHL Express are looking at orders originating from the UK with UK registered credit card only at present.

They are looking at security to reduce Credit Card Fraud.

I will let you know if this changes, although it is unlikely this year.

I believe they are now on affilinet - Erfolgreiches Affiliate Marketing mit affilinet but it maybe a hidden program?
