I didnt see this thread and the email only just arrived 2 minutes ago - NOT really a 1 day promotion is it - surely a bit more advance notice by email would have been better?

I see it was announced here at 10.56 - 3 hours later I receive the email - We can't all spend 24 hours on the forum you know

We take your comments on board. We did send the email at the same time as the promotion was released on the forum. Unfortunately, the email server took a while to process the message. We are looking into the problem as we speak.

I have asked one of the Comet account managers to communicate directly with you on any future promotions. Apologies for the lack of notice, this wont happen again.
