Are Dixons discount codes valid today?

The landing page says the May voucher codes expired yesterday 30.5.07 and an email has informed us new codes start tomorrow June 1st.

So are the May vouchers valid today 31/05/07? They appear to be when I went to basket page and used 10MAYAW.

So I assume some numpty at Dixons doesn't realise May has 31 days!

Dixons have confirmed that the May codes are still valid today and that the new June codes can also be used.

Clearly someone at Dixons or Affiliatewindow is clueless about how many days there are in each month. On top of the current Dixons landing page which has 30th May as the last date of the month, the latest Dixons email sent 29 May suggests June has 31 days!

Dixons have two new fantastic discount codes for use through the affiliate channel for June.

£10 off a spend of over £250 - 10JUNEAW
£50 off a spend of over £999 - 50JUNEAW

These codes will activate on June 1st and expire on 31st June 2007.

Come on Dixons and Affiliatewindow, pull your socks up. Please update your landing pages and emails with the correct end date of each month. This is hardly difficult.

Maybe we should have a whip round and buy AffiliateWindow a calander. I recently had an email from them stating a voucher expired on Wednesday 3rd June - where the 3rd of June is actually a Sunday....

Erm, there's only 30 days in June, which just goes to prove everyone can make a mistake

Hi all

First of all massive apologies for saying there were 31 days in June - we have now bought a calendar for the office!

Following feedback from affiliates, I've spoken with Dixons about creating a permanent URL for their offer codes. Rather than the link changing each month as the offers update, we're aiming to use a single link on which the offers can be refreshed each month. We're aiming to make it as easy as possible for affiliates to show the most up-to-date Dixons offers.

The email that Andy references should have come through to your affiliate account on Tuesday, and contains the June link for Dixons' codes:

This was live with the new codes for June.
