A recent thread about the Woolworth's sales' approval percentage raised an interesting issue about what information you can automatically access about the programmes you promote on the network.
I like to think the information Affiliate Window provides is pretty market leading, offering good transparency on a range of metrics but I'm not sure everyone realises it's there to be accessed - so I'd just like to run through what info we supply about every single one of our 600+ programmes.
The AWin Index (a % figure that provides a performance snapshot) has required us to supply data for earning per click (EPC), % of sales validated, average turnaround time on those sales (to be validated or deleted) and the click to sale conversion rate. This can be accessed for every programme by logging into your account, clicking on 'Join New Merchants' or 'Current Merchants' and downloading the information in a .csv file.
We also supply the sector, cookie length, commission range, merchant ID, product feed availability and the AWin score out of 100 in the same spreadsheet.
To enhance the accuracy of the stats we aggregate three months' worth of data and apply standard deviation to remove any anomalies. Therefore any programme live for less than three months on the network do not carry performance data.
In light of the above I'd be interested to hear of any additional information that we could supply that's of use to ensure we remain at the forefront of the market.

Hi Di,
When you say "And a site checked for leakage on date" what do you mean exactly? A specific flag for those sites with prominent phone numbers etc? Raises an interesting point about a more holistic scoring - perhaps an 'affiliate friendliness' rating.
I presume from the otherwise silent response we must be doing a fantastic job at providing the most salient information to our affiliates....?
