Hi All,

As part of the lead up to the busiest time of the year for 24Studio – I am happy to announce that we are starting an affiliate promotion with the chance of winning a 4-day holiday for yourself and your partner to a European destination of your choice!

**maximum holiday value per couple = £1k

The competition will run from November-07 to January-08

There will be two winners : (based on the number of sales driven rather than on sales value)

1. Best performing affiliate overall
   
2. The second winner will be the most improved or best new affiliate.

*In the case of a draw – the sales value / average order value will be taken into account.

All you have to (once you’ve won of course ) is select your destination, and we’ll book the flights and accommodation for you (minimum 4 * hotel)

N.B. You can take the holiday any time in the 6 months following the competition's conclusion (just to make sure you guys can find time to get away!)

Once you’re booked and ready to go, the winner will be given a £500 gift for spending money while you’re there. Obviously your partner / friend who will be accompanying you may want to be cut in on the deal here... but thats up to you

Affiliates already on the 24Studio program may have recieved an email about this already from Nazma who has recently joined the affiliate team here (about time I introduced her! ) - there will be more emails and updates from myself and Nazma moving forward with offers and promotions to help you to keep the sales coming in.

If in the mean time you’d like to know anything about 24Studio to help you along (best sellers, recommended categories etc.) – please feel free to contact me. All help will be totally impartial, and open to all…. unless of course you’ll be taking me with you on the holiday!

What would be really good would be some kind of league table to show the affiliates at what position they are!

I think this could help generate a "final drive"?

I've been debating doing exactly that..... but I've had issues in the past with this sort of thing. Not all the affiliates on a program wish to be put into a league table and named pubically.

In my younger more naive days I made the mistake of naming (and shaming ?)potential winners of a competition.... there were a couple of complaints.

Tell you what - I'll send an email round either today or tomorrow (depending on how the day pans out), to ask that any affiliates on the program who wish to remain anonymous, to send me a nickname of some sort so that they will recognise their own placement...but no-one else will know who they are....anyone who doesn't mind can be named using their affiliate name from the Network - that way everyone is happy

If anyone has another suggestion for how best to handle this (or any objections before I start! )...please feel free to post here and/or email me

Thanks for the reply - lol...no it doesn't have to be the wife (as long as she doesn't come looking for me while you're away!! - I can't be held responsible for any actions you take on the holiday....I've just got to get you there and back! )

I've literally just sent an email to the top 10 performers in each category ("best new..." and "Top performing...." ) to let them know they're in with a chance so far....and asking their permission to post a league table with their name included (or something along those lines)

If anyone manages to muscle their way into the top 10 for either category...then so be it (it is a competition after all ) - the competition is still running for December and January yet - so there's plenty of time left!

I'm just working on another email now for everyone else - I didn't really want to de-motivate people working on the account too much by saying "you're not in the top 10" - but obviously people will want to know one way or another I guess .... like I said - there is still plenty of time to make the difference, so i guess it won't hurt to push again for everyone to get involved and keep everyone informed.

Hopefully you'll see my attempt at a motivational email later on today
