Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what's the difference between Littewoods and Littlewoods Direct. Is it that Littlewoods is a catalogue site and Littlwoods isn't? To me both sites look the same.

No, this is not a dumb question. The two programmes are very similar! Littlewoods and Littlewoods Direct are both the home of big brands. Customers are able to shop from over 400 of the worlds most desirable brands.

Littlewoods started life as an agency catalogue, ie. it used agents to sell on to family and friends. Their apr is very high and was the traditional, pay £1 a week over 5 yrs ..

They tend to be expensive but offer easy payment terms to people who are on lower incomes.

Littlewoods Direct used to be LX Direct andf Index Direct before that. They were the first direct catalogue in the UK. Their prices are cheaper than Littlewoods but are still more expensive than the high st.

Now that Littlewoods has joined forces with Shop Direct, there is a lot of duplication across the brands .. Littlewoods, Littlewoods Direct, Additions Direct, Choice, Great Universal, Kays etc - Our Brand Introductions - Littlewoods Shop Direct Home Shopping Limited (duplication of product, images and prices).
