Hi,

We are officially opening registrations for the March buy.at Roadshow today!

We have slightly amended the agenda to ensure that the focus of this event as intended is networking. Each Roadshow will have representatives from different areas of the business attending. There will be the opportunity for you to book meetings with chosen member(s) of staff. We will then be offering you the opportunity to participate in activies that we will enable you to network with both our staff and other attendees. (examples of these activities are 10pin bowling & go karting they will begin at 230pm). Evening Networking will commence at 6-30pm.

We will be available for meetings from 11am-2pm in each city, please send your meeting request through to events@buy.at.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the bump, Laura is in Vegas at the moment but I think I should be able to fill in most of the blanks for you.

OK so here goes:

Edinburgh – 5th March
Meetings will take place from 11am - 2pm @ Ramada Mount Royal
Activity will start at 2.30 meeting at the hotel - TBC

Bristol – 6th March
Meetings will take place from 11am - 2pm @ Mercure Holland House Hotel & Spa Bristol
Activity will start at 2.30 meeting at the hotel - Go Karting - On Ice

Plymouth – 7th March
Meetings will take place from 11am - 2pm @ Copthorne Hotel Plymouth
Activity will start at 2.30 meeting at the hotel - TBC

Liverpool – 12th March
Meetings will take place from 11am - 2pm @ 62 Castle Street
Activity will start at 2.30 meeting at the hotel - Bowling

Manchester - 13th March
Meetings will take place from 11am - 2pm @ - Novotel Manchester City Centre
Activity will start at 2.30 meeting at the hotel - Indoor Paintballing

Leeds – 14th March
Meetings will take place from 11am - 2pm @ - Park Plaza Leeds
Activity will start at 2.30 meeting at the hotel - Skiing (indoor)

I dont have the details for the final week, but the format will be the same so I'll confirm locations once Laura is back on Friday. If anyone has any questions please just drop me a line. Each evening we'll be meeting up after the event for a few drinks so if you cant make it to the day then feel free to come along to the evening. We'll be meeting at the hotel around 6pm each night to give everyone a meeting point but are open to suggestions for where we head to after that.

Ray - I will clarify this with Laura (Events) as to whether it is worth getting there before 2 if you dont want a meeting. As far as I am aware if you do not want a meeting just confirm your attendance and turn up at 2:30

Jason - Laura received your request so this should be fine, when she returns on Thursday she will be sending out further correspondence.

Some of the gang here at R.O.EYE will attend all of the sessions.

We may even come to Leeds for some indoor skiing...
