Dear Affiliates,

I am pleased to let you know that Bhs has launched with Affiliate Window.

About Bhs
British Home Stores, or Bhs as it’s more commonly branded, is a widely recognised and extremely popular name in retail. Bhs is known for its commitment to providing stylish fashion ranges and homewares at prices that represent outstanding value. Although Bhs opened its first store in 1928, it has just recently delved into making its products available online. We are therefore pleased to announce Bhs’ launch of their affiliate programme on Affiliate Window with a commission of 8% to affiliates.

Highlights of the new website include:
• A wide range of womenswear
• The latest in menswear
• The tammy line for 8 -16 year old girls with ever changing ranges
• Cool and cute childrenswear including sleepwear and schoolwear
• A wide range of homeware – indoor and outdoor furniture, lighting, accessories, beds and bedding, kitchenware, dining, bathroomware and curtains
• Weddings with bridalwear, lingerie, bridesmaid dresses, menswear, pageboys, accessories and shoes.

Programme Details
8% launch commission (ends April 30th 2008)
5% default commission thereafter (starts 1st of May 2008)
30 day cookie period

Programme Restrictions
PPC Restrictions
• Please do not bid on brand terms (Bhs) on Google. All other search engines are fine, however we would ask that you keep your ad below those of Bhs for brand terms
• Please do not use the Bhs URL as your display URL or use the term official site or tm
• Bhs is happy for you to use Bhs as a sub domain or folder in your display URL

Direct Linking
Affiliates are allowed to direct link to the Bhs site, however please make sure that you stay below Bhs’s own ads.

No frames
Affiliates may not put the Bhs website into frames or use masked URLs.

Launch Prizes
As a launch initiative Bhs is giving away £25 Bhs in-store vouchers to the first 10 affiliates to put up a Bhs banner or link (site or PPC). Please email your link, address, phone number and affiliate ID to tara@eqtr.com and she will let you know if you have won.

Further, all Affiliate Window affiliates that promotes the Bhs programme have got the opportunity to win an Apple iPod touch 8GB or a Bladerunner 3 (a mini RC helicopter). To take part in this competition you will need to refer at least one sale to the Bhs programme. Each sale will count as a ballot so the more sales that you achieve before the 17th of February; the bigger the chances are that you win. The winners will be drawn on the 18th of February.

Hi Andrew,

Bhs may provide voucher codes for the affiliates to use at a later date, however at this moment it has not been decided yet. As for now, please note that their sale is still ongoing on their site and great savings can be made.
