Does anyone know how long Gala Casino and Books Direct stay pending on Affiliate Window?

Hi Richard

Do you mean your application to the programme is pending or you have sales that are pending?

If it's your application, PM your affiliate ID and I'll ask the account managers to take a look at it tomorrow morning.

If it's the sale validation period you're trying to find out, this information is within the Awin Index and should be displayed in your affiliate account when you select 'Current Merchants'. Give me a shout if you have trouble finding it.

I meant I had sales that were pending, I couldn't see where it says how long they take.

Hi Richard,

As a recently launched programme Books Direct will not be displaying any AWin Index data just yet, which is why you haven't been able to find a validation time indication.

However, we have validated commissions this morning and moving forward these will be done twice a week.
