As you will be aware, T-Mobile Direct offer different type of modems as part of their mobile broadband service. There are two distinct models, which are as follows:

• Model E170 – Should be referred to as “USB modem stick”
• Model E220 – Should be referred to as “USB modem”

Could all affiliates please ensure that they are using the correct naming conventions when talking about these products
