No worries.

Transactions are still tracking at £0 I'm afraid but I'm pushing to get this resolved by end of play.

Whilst this is not ideal and doesn't give you great visibility, rest assured that we are still recording all sales and you will be compensated accordingly.

To clarify:

- yes you will need to change your deeplinks to http://www.affiliatewindow.com/docum...avelodgeDL.csv

- Redirects are in place to ensure you do not lose out on any traffic in the time it takes to change over to the new links.

I think also will be having a travelodge moment this weekend, hopefully new site will boost conversions etc there are soe nice additions which I think I can find an angle on to get results. Little work now big gain laters i hope

The beauty of a web linking systems, is I can update all my links in one place accross my network, still timely as I have loads of deeplinks but not as bad as if I had to search them out across loads of sites.

I know where they all are - just need time to do them all.

If you have them in link tracking programme, even a simple text file, spreadsheet, you could get it updated in mins

can you let us know how long we've got to change links. A couple of weeks would be nice.

Please could everyone have their links changed over by this time next week? There is a little room for leeway but ideally no longer than a week would be good.

any update on those 0.00 sales from Friady till today?

I have sent across a file of all £0 bookings since Friday for Travelodge to reference against bookings. Once we have this file back we can upload your commissions accordingly. We will continue to do this every few days until the issue is resolved in order to give you as much visibility as possible.

In terms of an actual resoultion to this issue ie) Travelodge making an amendment to the tracking code, we were anticipating for this to happen by latest today. Unfortnately this will not be the case and I am working hard to get this change implemented asap. I will let you know as soon as I have this confirmed by Travelodge.
