We've been given a fix time of 4pm today.

TL has requested the full file of £0.00 sales that will then be run through their system to produce the valid sales cost.

We'll then work to input these as soon as possible.

I am pleased to announce that we are now recording values and commissions as normal on the Travelodge programme.

As Kevin mentioned we are now looking to input the correct amounts for all £0 value bookings recorded since Friday asap.

Just want to reassure you that we/Travelodge haven't forgotten about those £0 value bookings... it is taking longer than anticipated for Travelodge to reference them against their systems.

I will hopefully be the bearer of good news by end of play today.

We don't have anything back from Travelodge yet I'm afraid.... I know this is dragging out rather longer than anticipated and I cant apologise enough.

If I'm honest part of the problem here is since the programme launched, Travelodge have not been parsing the full booking reference back to Affiliate Window which ultimately means that when they reference affiliate transactions against their own systems, it is a much more complicated process. (This is obviously something they are looking to change going forward)

You will get your commissions (I promise!) and I will continue to push for a resolution.

I'm sorry I am unable to give you better news on this and hope that this will not tarnish any opinion of the programme or the brand. Despite this blip, with strong affiliates like yourself on board the Travelodge programme continues to thrive and operate as a very successful campaign for all.

Its almost 11pm on Thursday evening but I wanted to share the good news.....

I have a file sat in my Inbox with all the corrected booking amounts for the 0 value transactions!

I will get these uploaded to the interface tomorrow (Friday) just in time for month end!

Once again, sorry for the delay. Now we can hopefully all get on and reap the rewards of the brand spanking new Travelodge website!
