Affiliate Window – Server Migration Maintenance Window

We are entering the final stages of a major change to how Affiliate Window services are hosted. To complete the project we have scheduled a 24 hour maintenance period covering both the Merchant and Affiliate Administration Areas starting from 6pm on Tuesday 10th June. Between 7pm and 9pm there will be no access to the Administration areas. For the remainder of the maintenance period, access to the administration areas may be temporarily restricted. These further periods of restricted access will be kept to a maximum duration of 1 hour each. We anticipate that full and uninterrupted access will be restored by 6am on Wednesday 11th June. We will of course do all we can to keep any restrictions to an absolute minimum. Tracking will not be affected.

The vast majority of our services have been running in parallel on two infrastructures in recent months. This has enabled us to ensure that all sales will continue to be tracked accurately before, during and after the changeover.

The change will benefit everyone, enabling us to

• Expand and deploy new services faster
• Host our core services within one architecture improving reliability and speed
• Implement a highly effective disaster recovery plan
• More effectively access and control our third-party hosted services

After a long but successful pizza and coffee fuelled night by our techies, we are pleased to announce that the initial intrusive stages of the server migration went (almost) entirely to plan.

There are a number of outstanding tasks scheduled for completion today and although we do not anticipate any further disruption to service, there is a possibility that if difficulties arise we may still need to temporarily limit access to the admin areas. Any such periods will of course be kept to an absolute minimum. We anticipate that this final stage of the migration will be completed within the next 12 hours.

Is anyone else on Tiscali as their ISP and able to connect to Affiliate Network - Affiliate Window

When I try and get there the address bar url changes to ws23 . affiliatewindow . com and barefruit kicks in on Tiscali, and tries to send me via an affiliate link to Affiliate Window, which of course then does the same thing, so it just gets into an endless loop.

Hi,

We are currently experiencing a slight delay in processing tracking data in to the reporting interface. There are a number of transactions that were recorded between 4.00pm and 5.30pm today that have yet to be added to the reporting system. These transactions will be added as soon as possible.

I just wanted to say to Affiliate Window congratulations on the upgrade!

Seemed to go very smoothly from a user point of view, so obviously well planned. Been part of similar upgrades in terms of scale through my work, and know how nerve racking it can be, no matter how much planning you do

The interface seems to be running a lot faster now that it used to, big improvement there!

Thought I`d say thanks and well done, in amongst the minor problem reports
