im getting the same
When I type in www.affiliatewindow.com, it refers me to ws23.affiliatewindow.com and the goes in an endless loop, never displaying AW.
Noticed this yesterday afternoon. Anyone else got this problem?
im getting the same
mines fine...
Just managed to log in fine as well.
Thanks Lee
No problem for me
Hi,
I have some feedback from development - I'm assuming this makes sense to those of a more technical bent:
"They are being redirected due to their DNS provider (usually their ISP) ignoring the TTL (time to live) of our DNS records – a lot of ISPs cache them for fixed terms regardless. Our servers have moved IP address that is why this issue has arisen.
Regarding holmes:
ws23 & ws24 should work fine for logging in, I have tried this from home with no problems.
They can try flushing the PC’s local DNS also, it may help here’s how:
How do I flush DNS?
Regarding drivetown:
If the flush dns does not work, He could override your DNS (process explained here)
Net Tip: /etc/hosts for Windows
By adding the following line to your hosts file
62.216.237.122 Affiliate Network - Affiliate Window
Note, he should remember to remove it sometime in the near future. But we don’t plan to move IPs ever again."
Hope that helps - let me know if you still have issues.
Cheers

Thanks Kevin, it's now working fine.

Kevin,
From the sounds of it, it's a DNS issue between your domain name and my ISP.
Using Affiliate Network - Affiliate Window, I'm able to get in. I'll just use this for a few days whilst things resolve themselves.
I'll let you know if I continue experiencing problems thereafter.
I'm getting the same problem, using the IP address works fine. What ISP are you with, I'm with Pipex Homecall which use the Tiscalli network, not the best but its cheap !
Cheers

Hi Mogga,
No - tracking and link delivery will be unaffected by the DNS change.
For the reporting interface, it was important that all requests were redirected to the new servers immediately to ensure the integrity of the reported data.
With the tracking layer, we record tracking data in a very raw form and then process later. This means it doesn't really matter which servers the requests are handled by, we simply pool data from all the tracking servers and then process it. We can run the old and new tracking servers at the same time whilst the DNS changes are propagating and pool all the data in to the new solution for processing.
The old tracking servers will only be switched off once we are sure that they are no longer handling tracking requests.
