I had trillions of clicks with very little conversion until i had a stroke of luck with one sale - but yes not a good day - normally monday is so good too.
Been having a look at my stats as the conversion rate today is very very low and noticed that apparently none of my unique visitors have returned for a second look (or even third) - which is when, I figure, that they buy.
Usually there's between 10/20% difference between these 2 figures and today, at 10.30 pm, they are exactly the same.
Anyone else having a bad day and noticed this?

Hi Elaine, it hasn't been a good day - and the weekend was well below expectations too. Traffic steady so definite dent in conversions.

Not specifically with buy.at, but taking my as earnings go as a whole, Saturday was the worst day I have had for over a year.
My figures with buy.at today have been normal though.

Strange as my BuyAt conversion rate has been cwap today to
Checking my stats for yesterday, Buyat was my worst earner across my normal networks - unheard of! Fingers crossed they find something wrong .

Hi Guys,
I'll have tech take a look into your accounts and links today, but as far as we know, there's nothing wrong - sometimes the great weather (I know it's a cliche) has an effect on online sales over the weekends. I've noticed it across quite a few programmes over the months...
It''s not ideal, as we'll now have the affiliate world praying for rainy weekends
Let me know if i can do anything else for you guys.
Cheers,
Dan.

I don't think it's Buy.at. I've had aweful conversions over the past week or so on all networks. One of my sites last week that on average makes between £50 - £100 per day made 47p on Friday with the same traffic! :td
Our conversion rates were on the floor Saturday thru Monday, until 4 pm when they jumped back up and are now running fine, we put it down to weather and incessant bad news, unless they were all concentrating on Slimy Gordan and his tame conference.

Kids going back to school - couple of days before payday - Christmas approaching so a swing away from kids bedding/furniture/clothes to parents saving for toys, Halloween, Fireworks etc - have all had an effect on earnings and sales for the last 7 days -
but I'm more worried about what happened to my repeat visitors - the ones that actually buy!!!
ps - just checked and it's now showing the repeat visitors for yesterday - but over 300 clicks per sale - not likely!!!

I'm sure Gordon Brown will cheer everyone up today!!!! :scared
ha ha - he doesnt live in wales
Does anyone think that the economic down turn of the last 7 days has played any part in lower sales, I do know that good weather doesn’t help though??

Yes I do think that the economic downturn will effect all industry. Maybe the government could bail us out with a few billion? Especially us who live in Wales
