Thread: Woolworths direct product links - big issue

    We've just discovered an issue with Woolies direct links on all of our affiliate accounts. If a customer clicks a direct link to a product from one of our sites, then adds it to their basket, when they proceed to the checkout they get the following error:

    XThere are errors with your order:
    It is not possible to deliver with the chosen delivery method to the country specified. Please choose another delivery method.

    If they clear their cookie and go to the product directly WITHOUT the affiliate link, or add it directly from the Woolies site, they can order.

    Therefore direct product links currently cannot generate any commission for affiliates.

    I've tested it on three different affiliate accounts with the same results. This is quite an urgent issue and I'd be interested to know if anyone else has the same issue?

    I'm seeing the same thing here via product feed links. Well spotted. Help please AWIN.

    Any update on this? If it isn't something that's resolved by lunchtime tomorrow, I may end up having to pull Woolies promotion until it's resolved as I don't want sales lost over the weekend.

    Just spoke to Greg - it looks like this was a temporary blip and is no longer a problem
