From today, the Over 50s Life Insurance Plan will enhance our product portfolio.

Commission Earnings

As part of a highly effective marketing channel, Legal & General will offer each affiliate a £100 commission (non incentive sites) for each approved sale*. Hence, this product has the potential to offer a more guaranteed form of revenue.

Here is an overview of the key product offer:

  • No medical required or health questions asked.
  • Guaranteed acceptance.
  • 100% online end to end process with no referrals (although customers can opt to buy over the phone if preferred).
  • Whole of Life Insurance.
  • Minimum Insured Age – 50.
  • Maximum Insured Age (at inception) – 75.
  • Premiums start from as little as £8 per month (depending on age, sex, level of cover chosen).
  • Maximum sum assured - £20,000.
  • Single policies only.
  • Premiums will cease to be taken at the age of 90, although cover will continue for whole of life.
  • Return of premiums or accidental death benefit during 2 year moratorium period.


Key Selling Point: After 5 years Legal & General will increase the sum assured by 10% at no extra cost

Legal & General provides secure and fully accessible straight through online application with integrated tracking. To reduce leakage, cross sales are awarded final product commission and customers are encouraged to stay online. As always, Legal & General has a dedicated online team who work closely with affiliates and their networks to ensure maximum efficiency and sales.
