Have you removed all of the relevant products from the datafeed and Shop Window yet?
If not, why not?
If so, how are clicks from previously indexed pages being handled?
Thanks.
Hi,
As you may know, Woolworths Group plc is in administration. Entertainment UK (part of The Woolworths Group) is Zavvi.co.uk's main supplier of DVDs, music and games. As a result, Zavvi have decided to suspend taking orders for these products while they work to resolve the situation.
Regretfully, you are advised to pause your Zavvi affiliate activity for these types of products until further notice. At this point Zavvi remain transactional on Books.
Zavvi appreciate the poor timing of this issue and apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be assured, Zavvi are doing all they can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and would like to thank you for your patience at this time.
If you have any questions please contact the Zavvi affiliate team on zavvi@affiliatewindow.com.
Thanks,
The Zavvi Affiliate Team

another big dvd entertainment wholesaler closed a few months ago also so there cant be many wholesalers left, hope they get sorted quick though
I agree with hpops situations like this can kill companies - I too hope that you (Zavvi) can resolve the situation quickly.
Interestingly I was speaking to AW about Zavvi (not being Savvy) a couple of weeks back and I said then that from my own internet retail business and knowledge, it smelt funny and I thought Zavvi was in trouble and about to go under.
Anyway enough ramblings, what about existing commission on orders where the Zavvi web site stated the item was "in stock" at the time I was promoting the item. Just to be clear I was not using a feed it was a deep link to a single item
Will we be paid this commission?
Hey Stuart,
Any pending commissions will go through the normal Zavvi validation process ie. if the order is fulfilled, the commissions will be confirmed. If the order is refunded/cancelled the commission will be declined.
Please note Zavvi currently operate a 6 week validation period meaning this current issue will not be reflected in any pending commissions until 6 weeks time. Hopefully by this time Zavvi will be in a position to fulfill any outstanding orders and a minimum number of declines will pass through the account.
Feel free to contact me should you want to discuss this further - greg.endean@affiliatewindow.com - IM: gregendean@hotmail.com
Thanks,
Greg

It would be great if AW could at least pass the visitor on to the Zavvi site (where they've clicked on an affiliate link) instead of showing them a page that just says "Oops... We were unable to connect you to the requested page. Please choose an alternative destination from the following list:"
Hey criscokid,
We send you to the "error" page and display our closest related program, in this case play.com, to increase the likelihood of you generating a commission from that visitor.
If you would prefer your visitors end up on the Zavvi.co.uk site, replace the affiliate link with a direct zavvi link.
Hope this helps, feel free to call me on 0207 553 0371 to discuss further if need be.
Thanks,
Greg
