The previous thread has been brought to my attention regarding Victor Chandler commissions on Affiliate Window.

Victor Chandler signed up with Affiliate Window on the premise that they would pay a commission ofter first and fifth bet similar to the structure employed by other bookmakers. After signing the contract we were advised that "the AW software doesn't work that way". In other words it couldn't not handle the commission structure that we signed up to.

To fit in we amended the commission structure to pay affiliates 5% of all turnover generated by clients in the first month. Again AW failed to handle this correctly. In fact some commissions show up as FIVE TIMES the sale price.

Again we amended the commission structure, this time to it's current format. However the code supplied by AW didn't include any intellingence resulting in all payments made to Victor Chandler being passed through. AW claim that only those referred by AW affiliates (irrespective of whether they are existing Victor Chandler customers or not) were listed in the merchant area of the site. I take issue with this as in my opinion it is not true.

For obvious reasons we couldn't let this continue. Consequently we removed all the code AW supplied us from our site. We have now written intellingence into this code so that it identifies AW customers ONLY and sends this information through to the AW software. This is now live. It needs one minor amendment that will be live ASAP.

I appreciate the frustration experienced by Affiliates but can assure you it's caused us as much frustration. Victor Chandler has many in-house affiliates who are more than happy with us. We hope this is an isolated instance. We obviously do not want to benefit from this mistake. We are now manually determining what sites sent us valid accounts during the past month and will pay directly the affiliates involved. However I ask for your patience in this matter.
