I have emailed Affiliate Window last Friday and last Monday (7 days and 5 days ago) with a query relating to my account but have yet to receive a response.
Is this standard practice with Affiliate Window? Am I being unreasonable in expecting a response in say 2 days maximum?
If anybody is reading this from Affiliate Window I would appreciate your comments.

Thanks Marc, the query was relating to payment which is why I didn't contact you in the first place. I thought you looked after the technical side of things, I'll call you shortly.

I have written to you twice within the last 6 months and on neither occasion did you respond so I can only assume you read them ALL and only respond to certain ones.
I have given up bothering asking certain affiliate networks questions.
Current umber of emails posted without response:
DGM 3 (issue - payment)
AWIN 2 (issue - V Chandler/ Bet-at-Home validations)
CJ 2 (issue - tracking)
TD (who we only use in desperation) are top of the league at the moment proving they can get something right!)
So much for an immediate response from Afiliate Window.
Thursday - email (N0 Response)
Friday - email (NO Response)
Perhaps I should have posted here earlier as it usually prompts a response of a 'I answer e-mails in my sleep (but ONLY usually when someone has posted a negative on the message board')
No doubt that will appear early next week.
