I had a sale reversed for considerable commission by this merchant this morning, of course i was disappointed.

Then i received an email from Key TV explaining the reversal and enclosing proof of the fraudulant transaction.

This email was sent to me without prompting and my trust in this merchant is now very high (i didn't not trust them before).

I wish every merchant did this type of thing it is great to see a merchant respecting its affiliates and th e effort we put in promoting them.
