Of course I can appreciate it, however the credit card company wont appreciate the fact that I can not pay them due to not getting paid myself, hence the urgency...
ive also just noticed i got a 'Not Last refferer' from a well know gadget site ?
ive emailed them to explain this but as all mentioned above its not a very good situation..

Unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful in getting hold of the merchant to resolve this situation.
The Affiliate Manager is now away from the office, which means getting a clearer picture on why so many of your sales are being declined is going to be difficult.
As a temporary measure, we have restricted validations on the merchant's account. This will mean no further sales can be declined until we have a better understanding of what the issue is.
It looks most likely that Boystuff have changed their de-duping policy recently, however even with full de-duplication against other marketing channels, the decline rate still looks high.
I will continue to chase until close of business tomorrow and if we still have no definitive answer we will follow up after the Christmas break.

Thanks for restricting them, however they had already declined a substantial sum of mine (55% commission).
I really do appreciate your help here and know that awin are doing their best to get this sorted. Hopefully you will be able to claw back some of the 'lost' commission in Jan from them so that atleast dec could have been in profit.

mine was boysstuff also but wheni emailed them i got a automated reply saying they are back in januaryso ill have to wait until then for an answer.

Firstly, thank you for your patience regarding this matter.
I am pleased to say we are now back in contact with Boystuff and hopefully will have an answer to this issue soon.
At the moment, I am just trying to get a little more information about how they are de-duping transactions so we can get to the bottom of this.

Yes, any update on this.
The merchant boysstuff has declined almost all my commissions because it has decided it does not want to/cannot afford to pay. My declines are for a variety of the reasons possible - credit card not accepted, order cancelled etc. So this is not an issue of 'not last referrer' (albeit that may be the one they have tried to hide behind)
There are issues of integrity and honesty, not to mention legal issue here.
