Disappearing Commission???

I drove some sales on Capital One in January but when I logged in today to check if they had validated there were some missing and my commission had been decreased.

Now it makes sense for pending sales to be rejected but not to be removed from an account completely. Furthermore, this is not the first time sales have gone missing from my account. I do, however, have proof that it's happened and would like an explanation.

I have around 7 minutes of battery life left and so can only post a very quick response! Rejected sales are defaulted not to show on many reports and so the sales have not "vanished" but are just not being shown.

If you want to give me a call in the morning, I will be more than happy to talk you through how to adjust the setting to make these "lost" sales visable again.
