Fantastic News from e2save! They have revised Terms & Conditions now in place.

The most exciting point is...Affiliates are now permitted to distribute email campaigns for e2save’s excellent offers!
"3.5 The Affiliate shall not send marketing messages relating to the Products or any other products or services of e2save by email, SMS or any other form of electronic communication as defined by The Privacy Regulations (“Electronic Marketing”) without e2save’s prior written consent. e2save shall be entitled to revoke such consent at any time"
Feel free to get in touch should you wish to do email marketing with e2save’s offers and we can arrange all the necessary confirmation. Also e2save can offer co-branded versions of their own email campaigns if you need a quick creative turnaround!
