I have 10% at the awin interface and 10% off here... Do both work?

The code is 10% off.

If you could send a screengrab what you are seeing in the interface that would be useful as the code is entered as 10% off from our end.

The code 10% will not work on the site.

Yes, there is a space:

10% off
