Yep - it's been like it all weekend - must admit the devil in me was tempted to fill in some values to give Marc even more work to do (only kidding Marc - I know you're rushed off your feet as it is)

Think it's all part of their ongoing server migration which should lead to much greater reliability once it's done but is proving a right pain in the *rse while its going on - it's meant the xml and csv data files have been unavailable for several days now - don't quite understand why they couldn't have left the old server in situ, mirror everything onto the new servers and then redirect everything to the new server - but then maybe I'm a very old dog on a high wire who's just remembered that this is a new trick!!

Hopefully Marc can give us an eta of when everything will be back to normal - it can't be too soon - I've got lots of new pages I want to set up using content from IPS merchants and can't do it as I cant get to the product data.

is it me, or does anyone else get absolutely no support from AW?

Yes i use the support forum; yes when I follow instructions on the forum, it doesn't work; and yes when I ask support as to why it doesn't work - yes I don't get any assistance!

If I contact merchants direct would AW kick up a fuss - all I want is chuffing CSV's!

Just download the XMLs and CSVs direct from AW and do your own stuff with them - that's what we do!

I certianly wouldn't kick up a fuss, but you should now be able to get any of the CSVs you want.

There should be an 'IPS' option on your menu (soon to change to 'ShopWindow') which should contain all you need.
