Dunno if they're dupes but if you can do something about the umpteen BetHiLo £4 commissions that go from pending to delete then that'd be useful.
Assuming somewhere someone once set a cookie for this program, and assuming that sometimes someone must be doing some transaction... it's a bit of a mystery what actually is going on.
