pay per click affiliates and egold or prepaid atm?

Hi guys I would like to know if there are still any good PPC affiliates available that really pay?

And if there are any good affiliates that pay weekly with Prepaid atm or E-gold!

No don't know any. Aren't they mainly betting ones use that sort of thing? (Not avoiding the tax man?) ;-)
