What's been working for me of late, we not really being doing this type of post for ages so I thought I kick them off again. Here is my top 5 (or less if I don't promote that many yet).

My top 5 would be:

Buyagift (conversion rate & Jason is a really cool guy)
E2save (payment level, conversion rate & Becky is so cute )
The Digital Camera Company (validation) & Lee is always there to support affiliates)
Germanwings (payment level, conversion rate, validation & Daniel is always there to help affiliates)
Everyondoesit (coolest niche merchant)
