  Stunning validations

Hats off to AW a truely amazing day for validations!!!

So, Lee, how many was it??

Well mate, I think it was 1?

One? Cracking result, I wish all networks was as keen to put money in their affiliates pockets. I'm just off to go through all my 60,000 pages to see where I can add some more AW links!

Cracking, idea me ole' mucker. Just think you can spend a whole day adding links and have to wait 4 months to be paid when you get a sale - how spiffing is that??!!??

Yeh, Lee, Affiliate Window sure knows how to make us affiliates want to promote them.

Good night, Jim-Bob

Good night, Lee

I think part of the issue is that Affiliate Window shut for Christmas from Christmas Eve until either yesterday or could even be Monday so there's been no one there to chase up merchants for validations

  I've been clearing down

Over Christmas...

We actually ran a small promotion for the last few days of December which gave us about a 40% uplift in sales for a couple of days, so if you didn't see sales and registrations from us, I'd be very suprised...and wonder if perhaps there is a problem at Awin...

Bestest for the New year to everyone

Your one of the better merchants anyway Fiona, you always clear within a few days, and a couple of others do as well.

Some just take the micky and their outstanding for weeks or months on end.

I dont know with these guys as they have been doing it longer than me, but when I started about three months before xmas I thought great I`m starting at the right time to catch the christmas rush and get some money together. Sadly has only been that way via one Network and that has been mainly down to Sex In The UK (god bless it) and one or two other merchants.

If an affiliate hasn`t got a major amount coming in, and literally your relying on things to be cleared but it`s waiting and waiting, it has a knock on effect for finances. Like my car tire had to be replaced just before christmas that was £30 I didnt have especially before then, then because of that and not getting what I was hopeing for, that had a knock on affect of the car insurance bouncing, which meant a £30 charge with the bank. So literally thats £60 I`ve spent when really if pendings had of been cleared earlier then I would have had the money to have cover those and not worried. This is general, cant blame AW all the time as TD are as bad and their a bigger company so should be more sorted.

When people lose faith then if you can you switch all your merchants over to a network that you can rely upon and trust, so again this is like my car and bank, the more people get let down the more people move away from a network and the more their end up losing and of course merchants see people fed up with things and they either join another network or switch over. Unless it benefits them not having to pay the affiliates.

One person is waiting for about a grand which has been four months via comet which again could pay or would have paid the mortgage for two months for that person.

***** £300 just re read the thread, well could have paid for something else then *******

You want to try Tiscali Network - they pay weekly - on a Thursday.

No hanging around for months waiting for the money - great for cash flow and re-investing back into growing your business fast.

Would do as I`m a customer of theirs, but until I get a bit more rolling in then I cant afford to spend the £200 or whatever someone said that it was to promote them. I can scrap it up but better pay off the debts before I get any more red letters

At this rate would have any merchants to promote soon, about the fourth or fifth merchant leaving today for one reason or another.

Still I hope I`ve got one sale looming as had someone do a search for something on yahoo and I was 30th out of 40 and yet they came to little old me and clicked through so fingers crossed 7% sale coming up

Hi Mark,

You can register as an affiliate with Tiscali for £4.99 (called a "referral associate") - you just won't get the residual income or income from any other affiliates who sign up after you, but you still get the £100 per 3 broadband customers.

Because they pay weekly and track telephone sales, I would suggest you ought to give it a try - it could help with your cashflow problems!

You can always upgrade to full "IBA" at a later stage (as I did myself).

Unless I missed something, isn't recruiting for an MLM scheme now not allowed under the new forum rules?

Good grief! - you're worried about paying £4.99 to register as an associate for Tiscali - boy times must be bad.
