A word to the wise. I have pending transactions for UK Cellphone Warehouse dating back to September 2003. My emails to the merchant asking for sales to be validated up to date are being ignored and I can't reach them by phone. AW are aware. I have removed my links to UKCW until they get back on track.
Also have a hefty outstanding amount in pending sales for UKCell
I brought this to their attention 3-4 months ago and they eventually validated some sales but deleted about 80% of those they did look at. What was left hasn't been touched since.
Nice to see that Phones2UDirect have just issued an apology for slipping behind on their validations and are making a big effort to get things up to date.
This would be an excellent example for UKCW to follow. And fast.
Looks like AW have taken action against UK cellphonewarehouse. The links no longer work and all info about them no longer shows up except on your transction page. Looks lile I can kiss good by to all my pending amount, or is it worth taking it further for just over £500?

Subject to AW's plans (I have been in contact with the MD and am still waiting for a reply to my last email sent Mon eve), I am considering co-ordinating joint legal action by affiliates. If you are owed money / have outstanding pendings and might be interested in joining in, please PM me.
I'm only owed £315 (from late August-October 2003), which I agree is pretty small, but would be delighted if they'd at least pay some of it if we approached them en masse.
Could anyone else who replies please let me know both the overall value of their pending commission and their estimate, based on historic performance, of their actual potential financial loss (based on pre-August validation ratios).
I am upset with AW. I asked the question to them back in Dec about no validations from this company. I was sent away to chase the payment directly from UK cellphonewarehouse.
I just wish they had suspending them earlier, if they still had loads of pendings going back to August.
