Quality Control of Merchants

Was looking for some sporting equipment merchants - some good ones on TD and AF but thought I'd see what AW had to offer - Sportselectric.com

not the best site on the net - but they actualy have a modified banner promoting an AF merchant!! So it begs the question - what quality control measures do AW have to monitor the actions of their merchants?
