Hi , Thank you for your post. It has given me an oportunity to clear up a few validation points. We often have customers order weeks and months in advance, these obviously will not be validated until we have taken the money and delivered the item.
In then past we would validate everything, this proved to be costly as a number of these were fraudulent or later cancelled. We are currently bringing the programme up to date and any outstanding sales will be validated in the next few days.
