Anyone Else been accidentally suspended

My affiliate account was accidentally suspended for 5 days including over the weekend due to the fact I had high coversion rates for pricerunner, fraud was suspected I think but the reason being I've only just started out and so my traffic levels are not high. Anyway I couldn't log into my account, I didn't get an email to let me know I'd been suspended and as you could see from my last post couldn't get any thing done over the weekend.

It was sorted out yesterday and my account was reinstated with an apology for the error. I have since today asked AW if they are going to recompense me at all for any losses as I had just started to see conversions come in from my ppc campaigns and I also launched an email campaign last week heavily promoting Sporting Index for Euro 2004 and am sure that I will have lost a few conversions, at £50 a pop over this as all my links were down for 5 days and being away on holiday meant I couldn't change them, a laptop goes with me next time. I am sure however that AW will see me right as they do seem to when at fault but was wondering if anyone else had any similar problems.

Also as I'm new and I know it's a cheek but any advice would be appreciated, I'm not looking to take over the world of Affiliates but a nice income of 1k a month would do.

Bit concerned as had no reply from AW and they do state that they answer all high priority tickets within 1 business day, it's been 2 now.

Just out of interest do any of you guys think I should be entitled to some sort of recompense?

They will certainly see you right, e4u. When they had a little server problemette the other day, they made an unprompted cash compensation payment instead. Very sound chaps. You'll probably get a car out of it! Toodle pip!

AW are in fact looking into it and are assesing the level of recompense that I will get, no other than the MD, Robert Glasgow is actually looking into it, I had a chat with him today and was impressed with his apology and the explanation surrounding my suspension which I accepted.

He also let me in on a few things that are coming our way which all sound good, such as the new interface. So once we thrash out my retirement payment I'll be more than happy. Florida here I come
