When is pay day?

I have recently started using Affiliate Window and am curious as to when they pay?

Any ideas?

think last month we got paid on the last day and it cleared in this month.

just checked the beta version of the site and it says:

Next Payment Date: 30th June 2004

so i take it we will be in July before it clears in our bank!

Well they need to keep the cash in there bank account to help raise extra funds from bank interest!

Would it hurt to pay 5 days earlier so it actually feels like you are getting paid the end of the next month and not 2 months later!

They actually pay at least 2 weeks earlier than Tradedoubler!

Think about it, the payment we'll receive on the 30th June (or maybe a few days later) is for what we earned in May. Whereas, the payment from Tradedoubler on the 17th was for what was earned in April.

The next payment will be processed monday, and should be in peoples accounts for wednesday/thursday.

The reason that there is a full month between the end of May and the commission payment for May is that we need to invoice merchants for the commissions they validated in May. Many pay our 15 day invoice after 30 days, some take longer.

5 days would make an awful lot of difference to the people that work in credit control, so I'm afraid we cannot move the payment date back.

Our new site will give details on when and how much the next payment is, on the homepage.

Just to give some figures,
The average time between the sale occuring and the payment being issued to affiliates is 51.2 Days

The average time between the commission being approved and the payment being issued to affiliates is 40.1 days.

Thats a lot lower than some other networks.

hehe - yeh AW is good for paying within 31 days. But the award for quickest payer still goes to AffiliateFuture for payment within around 10 days of the end of the month.

Also we the talk of some merchants not paying its nice to to know that when they're confirmed within 5 days, the total commission figure WILL be paid, regardless of what the merchant does that is a big thumbs up in anyones book.
