Confirmed back to Rejected:(

I have just had 2 transactions, commision of over £100 changed from being confirmed to rejected, are merchants allowed to do this? Has anyone else seem this? The merchant is web-blinds has anyone had the same thing happen with them or any other merchant.

Obviously, I'm not a happy bunny at the moment and will not be promoting them until I get a decent answer.

Affiliate Window had a big glitch a couple of days ago where lots of confirmed and rejected transactions went back to pending.

They asked merchants to process them all again.

In theory if it was previously approved then the merchant should obviously approve it again.

Perhaps the merchant you are referring to thought they were duplicates and rejected them not realising what had happened with the glitch.

Don't panic yet!!

Just chase AW and tell them that previously approved sales now show as rejected. Could be an honest mistake.

Steve at Awin said there should be no problem in putting things back as they were!!!

We are lucky we track all our approvals with our own code so i already have a list of approved transactions, however if you dont do this then contact Steve and he will sort it out!

Well lets hope so!
