Declined Commissions Reasons

The AffiliateWindow feature that allows merchants to let the affiliate know the reason for the declined commission is a welcome feature that I regularly check.

However, recently quite a few merchants have started putting "declined" as the reason for the declined commission, which rather defeats the original intentions!

Please could merchants go back to putting the real reason, e.g. declined credit card, stolen credit card, order cancelled by customer, out of stock, etc.
