I have been trying to add some new banners on affiliate window but there seems to be a problem uploading them, I am sending them in Gif. has anyone else had any problems.
I have opened a ticket but had no reply, I also called them and no answer, anyone know when they open again.

I have answered your ticket regarding uploading banners to your account.
You should of been sent an email regarding closure times for the Christmas break and it is also an FAQ before you submit tickets from your account. I have updated them in red now as it is obviously easily missed. Sorry about that. Normal support will resume on the 4th of January... also posted here
I have looked at the manual and I seem to be doing all as explained, as soon as I hit upload it says "done" in about 1 second and then the page goes blank, any other ideas?
