Following on from mibut's post about good SEO resources, I would just like to recommend Web CEO to anyone who hasn't tried it.... its a great software package for SEO, keyword density, rankings, etc, letting you map it over time.

We only have the free package just now, however hope to upgrade to the professional package at some point in the future. We're more interested in the pro package so that we can rebrand the reports for our clients, however, for most people the other two packages would be sufficient.
