Vodafone have introduced a brand new feature to their site specifically to aid their affiliates.
eCall allows Vodafone to identify which of their customers completing sales offline through their call centre were brought to Vodafone by an affiliate link.
How does eCall work?
Once the customer has decided they would like to complete their sale offline and has clicked on eCall, a form appears for them to request a call back. Calls can be made immediately, or after a period of time the customer specifies.
At the given time, eCall will then connect both the customer and a Vodafone telesales representative to allow the sale to be completed. The sales representative from Vodafone will record the outcome of the sale, and completed contracts will be logged against the affiliate ID provided by eCall.
Where will eCall be featured?
The eCall button will appear on the bottom of the homepage in place of the previous phone number.

What does this mean for Vodafone affiliates?
Like with any considered purchase, a small proportion of traffic going through the Vodafone site will choose to complete their sale offline. Vodafone will now be rewarding affiliates for contract sales referred to the call centre through their links.
£20 CPA will be rewarded for each completed eCall contract sale
This change to the Vodafone site reflects their on-going strategy to work as closely as possible with their affiliates. They want to make sure you are rewarded for your efforts, and are being given all of the support that you need.
