The figure that was there last night will have included the payment sent today, and the payment due to be sent on 1st August. It's just a glitch in the system as far as I can tell, with an overlap as the next payment shows up before the last payment leaves.
Thats my theory anyway, happens to me every month and the figures always match up in the end.
The confirmed figure did go down overnight as the payment run was ran for the first half of the month. Before midnight last night the figure included all approved commission that had not been paid to you from before the 30th June. The figure now includes commissions not paid to you from before the 15th July.
