What’s involved?

All affiliates are welcome to take part, whether a current member of the Empire Stores Programme or not. The survey is made up of 33 multiple choice questions and there is room for additional feedback at the end of the questionnaire.

All information taken from the survey will be used to develop the Empire Stores programme only. You are welcome to include your details if you would like to be contacted and included in the prize draw – you are also welcome to remain anonymous. All ideas for affiliate-specific promotions will be kept in confidentiality to that particular affiliate.
