We continue to see strong forward bookings at increasing yields. Yields are strong, which together with the robust traffic statistics is an impressive achievement in August, traditionally the quietest month for transatlantic business travel. We are also seeing a good mix of business and leisure customers which allows us to spread our risk.
“We are also in the pleasing position of being able to announce the launch of our second
service on 23 September, putting Silverjet in a strong position to accelerate the growth of the business.
“Silverjet has also been awarded the prestigious Conde Nast Traveller’s Reader’s travel
award for favourite business class only airline beating stiff competition from our
competitors. The award demonstrates industry recognition of Silverjet’s commitment to
its high quality product and customers.”
