Email System Issue on the 12th Sep

We encountered a minor issue with our news manager system on the 12th resulting in all emails sent between now and then failing to reach their destination.

The problem has been resolved and the system is now functioning correctly however, some of you may receive old emails from the 12th onwards at some point today.

The content of those emails may no longer be relevant so we would like to apologise in advance for any confusion caused.
